We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Eligibility for Refunds
- You can get a full refund for any reason before your items are shipped. (Only applied with goods which are in stock)
- After your order is fulfilled, you cannot get a refund for no reason, you may get a full/partial refund for some reason. (Defective, damaged, wrong items etc.)
- Preorder deposit only can get a refund within 3 days after purchase. After 3 days, the refunded amount can be issued as a gift card.
